Staff really stood out, just like they said they invented warm welcomes here. The rooms were clean daily and they stocked the water, beds were oversized and comfy. You need a good bed after all. Really hits home after a long day, you know?

Amazing stay with great vibes

The people were super friendly, especially Marie at breakfast—she's the best! The room was comfy with a fantastic bed. Plus, the bar was a perfect chill place to unwind. Only thing was the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the lovely pool and sauna at the sister hotel and exploring the closeby Killarney gardens. Our family really appreciated having free parking and the convenience of walking to nearby restaurants in no time. The unique experience of a horse-drawn carriage ride through the park was lovely!

We had a classic king room with great amenities like air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a seating area. The bathroom had a spa bath and plenty of free toiletries. The fitness center had a sauna, and the bar food was top-notch. Super cozy place for a getaway with everything within walking distance!

A surprising welcome treat

I was delighted to find a birthday note and some chocolates for my son upon arrival. The staff truly go above and beyond to create memorable experiences.

The only issue was the tiny parking lot. it quickly filled up, leaving us to seek parking further away on a busy weekend.

The Killarney Avenue Hotel has a fantastic location, just a short walk to the town center and right by Killarney National Park. My room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely view. Breakfast exceeded expectations with plenty of options. I especially appreciated the staff’s friendliness and willingness to accommodate requests. One downside was the limited parking. finding a spot was challenging, and I had to park a bit farther away at a pay lot. Also, I noticed that breakfast could use more variety for those with dietary restrictions. Otherwise, the dining experience was pleasant with good quality food. Overall, the hotel provided a great base for exploring the area.

I had a fantastic stay, starting with the beautiful room and the exceptionally helpful staff. It's just a few steps from Killarney House Gardens, which was perfect for my weekend strolls, and being in the heart of the town made exploring nearby cafes and restaurants a real treat.

Private parking posed some challenges. there were limited spaces, leading to a bit of luck needed to secure a spot. In Room 302, some light switches felt flimsy, like the toilet light needing multiple attempts to turn on. The TV remote was hit-or-miss, often requiring persistence to change channels. Overall, these were minor hiccups but could detract from a smoother stay for some.

The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area, and the staff were genuinely friendly. However, the jacuzzi in our room was broken, and our upgraded view left much to be desired, overlooking the air conditioning unit. Still, the overall experience was pleasant enough.
